Arsinoe is an NPC in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. NPCs in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous are side characters who can issues Quests, provide information and background Story, and even trade Items with players.

Arsinoe Information

Arsinoe is a merchant in Drezen that becomes available to the player after completing Banner over the Citadel and liberating Drezen. They become unavailable after completing On the Cusp of the Abyss, but become available as a merchant again after completing A Step Away From Defeat.

After completing A step Away From Defeat, Arsinoe's inventory expands and they acquire a larger selection of items.

Arsinoe shares shop inventory with Vissaliy Rathimus and Kyado. An item purchased from one vendor will remove that item from the others' shop inventories. Likewise, an item sold to one can be bought back from the others.

Shop Inventory

Note: The Available In column indicates when an item is added to Arsinoe's inventory. Items from earlier Acts do not disappear from the shop inventory when the inventory expands in later acts. Arsinoe carries many scrolls and crafting ingredients in stock in addition to the below items.

Arsinoe has a shared merchant inventory with Vissaliy Rathimus and Kyado. Note that while some items are added to her shop inventory in Act 2, Arsinoe herself cannot be accessed until Act 3 or later.
