Blind Fight |

Effect |
In melee, every time you miss because of concealment, you can reroll your miss chance percentile roll one time to see if you actually hit. An invisible attacker gets no advantages related to hitting you in melee. That is, you don't lose your Dexterity bonus to Armor Class, and the attacker doesn't get the usual +2 bonus for being invisible. The invisible attacker's bonuses do still apply for ranged attacks, however. You also gain immunity to gaze attacks. |

Blind Fight Tips & Notes
- Blind Fight no longer works with ranged weapons as of March 2023 (patch). Beforehand, it worked with ranged weapons. It should still work with ranged attacks in Kingmaker.
- The Instinctual Warrior, one of the Barbarian archetypes, learns Blind Fight at level 6.

i noticed after i got concealment that ranged users benefit from blind fight. looks like i'm off to rebuild my ranger to give him blind fight, because every enemy in the late game has concealment and a dozen other things stacked on top of it. i wish the game maker would document the 'house rules' in the ability descriptions. seems kind of unfair that everyone in the world from cultists to bandits knows how blind fight works, but the commander of the crusades is blissfully ignorant.
i noticed another incorrect blindfight promise, attackers in melee DO still get the +2 to attack if you have blind fight. an invisible babau demon attacked me with a melee attack in the ivory sanctum and my ranger has blindfight and improved blindfight. i checked out of curiousity and it got a +2 concealment bonus to attack.
