- Despite the item's description, there are no other pages for this book.
- Book of Dreams appears to be partially cut content. Based on datamining it appears that the item was originally intended to be found in Kenabres, and then upgraded in Act 2, and upgraded again in Act 5.

This leads to theory that the book might be unlocked only as Azata (which I'm now). It did not unlock more pages with Angel, Swarm etc. It is possible that preconditions might be very unique. Time will tell. I have unlocked Page 3 and I'm now in Midnight Fane.

Do you need to have this book equipped or in your inventory to get the buffs?
This is completely incorrect. Effect is different (you get +1 to summoned creatures each time you use a spell that summon multiple creatures), and you can find multiple pages.
