How to Recruit Ciar
- Ciar is the leader of the Everbright order and an NPC in Drezen. He can be raised as an Undead companion only by the Lich mythic path.
- To Recruit Ciar, you need talk with Pillar of Skulls at your Ziggurat.
- During the quest Vengeance of Sarkoris, find Morveg and complete his small side quest. At the end of the quest you will need to fight and kill Morveg, he will give you his talisman which you need to take back to Ciar.
- After returning the talisman to Ciar choose the option "Yes I did" (DO NOT CHOOSE the 'bluff' or 'diplomacy' options or you will be locked out of recruiting Ciar) this will make Ciar hate you.
- Eventually you will have an option to provoke a fight at your Ziggurat. Do so and you will have the option to raise Ciar as an undead companion after this attack concludes.

One of the best late game additions. I got him when my team was mostly level 13. I like to stack teamwork feats: shake it off, outflank, and seize the moment. Was easily able to get them, so he became fully functional immediately along with his horse. He started to do a lot of damage immediately.

Dipping into sacred huntsman seems to work well. Getting hunter tactics feels like a must for this guy.

If you don't feel like you've been enough of an ******* to one of the first people you meet in the game, kill his heir, kill his crusader order, kill him, raise him from the ****ing dead and further insult him with equipping him the two-handed sword that you killed his heir over. The lich path makes me wonder if there's an even bigger way I can give someone the middle finger.

I don't think there are many more ways of being more evil than giving killing his apprentice, his order and then him before raising his maddened undead body and further adding insult to injury by making him wield the Fang of Malice which was the cause of the apprentice's demise.
Looks like you need to go to Areelu's lab, pick-up the crystal related to your mythical quest and give it to Zacharius before the Pillar of skulls gives you the possibility to recruit Ciar. I have talked to it a lot of times before that and nothing happened.
