Courtly Presence is one of many Class Features in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Class Features are generally passive benefits that characters gain based on their Class but can also some times be active Skills that you can use in combat. Abilities in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous can be used for both dealing damage to Enemies, inflict Status Ailments , buff characters or just protect you.

At the moment as far as i can say Courtly presence doesnt work. I tried with Lvl 1 Battle scion and my Demoralize check was +5 ( persuasion skill is at +4) i Also tried as a Lvl 1 Battle scion Lvl 3 Sword saint and it stayed +5 ( persuasion was still at 4). This should work off of Character level not class level.
