Flame Arc is a Supernatural Ability in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Flame Arc unleashes a flame in a straight line that inflicts fire damage. Supernatural Abilities are magical but not spell-like, but they are not subject to spell resistance and also can't function in areas where magic is suppressed or negated (like an antimagic field, for example). Their effects cannot be dispelled not subject to counterspells.
