Grand Owl of Wisdom Notes & Tips
- This item is found in a hidden chest on a sandbar below the Hellknights Outpost as part of Regill's quest in Act 3, Watch Your Step. The chest requires a DC 30 Perception check (on Core difficulty) to notice.
- The Grand Owl of Wisdom can be used by any character, not just the player-character.
- This item should be used, rather than sold, because it offers a very powerful bonus.

Anyone have any idea on the reasoning behind it being named "Owl" of wisdom yet having the shape of a cat?

Dont know if it still does this, however a year ago, if you respec after using the owl, you would lose the bonus, unlike all the books and stuff that stay with you. Just a warnign to save before using it, and maybe test it out with a respec first.
