Description/Effects:

  • Whenever someone dies within a 10-feet radius from the wearer of this amulet of natural armor +3, the wearer gets the effect of the haste spell of 2d3 rounds. This effect is renewed each time someone dies. After this effect wears off, the wearer cannot make any weapon or unarmed attacks for 1d3 rounds.

      Another bug I've found is randomly getting the "unable to attack" debuff as soon as an enemy dies (even while getting the haste buff).

        Still bugged, if you remove this after equipping it there is a good chance the bug stays.
        Bug cannot be fixed with mods like ToyBox (which fixed Demongraft).

        Have to reload a save from 10 hours ago now.

          Bug update to previous post, the same thing happens on other equipable items like the "Kinetic Diadem". I'm just calling it the "Permanent Item Script Bug".

            Warning Bugged item. This item has a serious bug, after unequipping the amulet, the character will still suffer the no attack debuff at random but not gain any of the benefits like haste. I unequipped the amulet from seelah and onto another character, but seelah kept randomly being unable to attack. Nobody should equip this item ever, for any reason, again this is a permanent character destroying bug.
