Sacred Lands Notes & Tips

  • You can find some scrolls in the chests.
  • If you kill the Treant first, the Lilitu gives you a Wand of Inflict Medium Wounds. After that you can finish the quest asking, what are her plans now, that she is free to go, then you still possess a Chaotic option to attack and kill the Lilitu for extra XP (if Seelah in your party, she strongly suggest this option).

You can't do the above order of hitting buttons because access isn't there, you have to hit them out of the above order to get to "1" on the map etc. Very stupid puzzle with no hints on how to solve

Most certainly one of the shittiest locations in the game. The puzzle is tedious and the combat boring if you can't skip it with the trickster path. And the final nail in the coffin is the extremely poor reward for going through this.

If you do not believe you can survive the Lilitu solo, you can tell her you'll consider it, go outside and tell the treant, and he will let you bring everyone inside to fight her. Otherwise, you can position your party at the far end of the map from the entrance where the second door is so they can enter battle as quickly as possible.

Siding with the demon provided a Wand of Inflict Moderate Wounds (forgot to check charges, but going to assume it's 50 like the cure wand.) Some party members are naturally disgruntled that you are making deals with demons. (i.e. Regill, Ember, Seelah)
Siding with the treant provided a Wand of Cure Moderate Wounds (50 charges)

You can choose to kill the Lilitu after killing the Treant or vice versa, I didn't test this. The loot is handed out through dialogue not their corpses so I'm guessing you would not get both items, but have not confirmed it.
