Scribe Scrolls is one of many Class Features available in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Class Features are generally passive benefits that characters gain based on their Class but can also sometimes be active Skills that you can use in combat. Abilities in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous can be used for both dealing damage to Enemies, inflict Status Ailments, buff characters or just protect you.
Scribe Scrolls Information
- Scribe Scrolls is a Feat that all characters can take, though you will not be able to make any scrolls if you have no spells. It can be obtained also from some backgrounds such as Scholar - Arcane.
- You need a Scroll Scriber's Kit, spells, and ingredients in order to attempt a make a scroll while camping or resting.

- You can reduce the spell level in Scribe Scrolling user-interface in order to reduce the difficulty check.
I do understand the type section that says Skald versus Wizard. This section seems needless.

Do the classes here gain Scribe Scrolls as a feature or bonus feat, if not, it is needless to list all the classes that have spells in the entire game. All characters can take Scribe Scrolls as a feat.
