Serpentine Bloodline is one of many Bloodlines available in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Bloodlines bring to the table passive benefits that characters gain, as well as some Active Abilities that can be used in combat. Bloodlines in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous have to be selected during the Character Creation screen, and once one Bloodline is chosen, it can't be changed during the game.

It may be worth noting that at third level you get a free Snake familiar with this bloodline, too. I don't know why they didn't list it in the game, I was looking for so long trying to figure out where I got a pet snake from lol!
