Where to Find Spirit Trackers
- These boots are in Act 4, in the Mage's Tower. To access the tower, you need to go down Shamira's quest. Then, on the second level, you must teleport to some otherwise inaccessible buttons and press them. This will lower two chests. One has the boots, the other some gold.
