Terendelev's Scale
You restore life to a deceased party member. A raised creature has a number of hit points equal to its current HD. Raise dead also removes the death's door condition. Coming back from the dead is an ordeal. The subject of the spell gains two permanent negative levels when it is raised, just as if it had been hit by an energy-draining creature, though it cannot gain a number of negative levels equal to or greater than its total Hit Dice this way.

Terendelev's Scale is a Usable Item in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Terendelev's Scale can be used to restore life to a party member as per the Raise Dead spell. It is also required to unlock the Gold Dragon mythic path.

Terendelev's Scale Information

Terendelev's Scale can be consumed to cast Raise Dead on a party member. It is also required to unlock the Gold Dragon mythic path. You can obtain two of these scales. If you wish to unlock the Gold Dragon mythic path, you must hold onto one of them to give to the Storyteller, the other can be safely used without locking you out of the mythic path.

Where to find Terendelev's Scale

Two of Terendelev's Scales can be found in the Underground Caves of Kenabres in the prologue during the quest Devoured by Darkness. They shine brightly in the cave's darkness and are both located in a linear pathway that you must go through to proceed. They are very difficult to miss.
