Vissaliy Rathimus Information
Vissaliy Rathimus is a merchant in the Defender's Heart. After completing The Burning City, you can find Vissaliy Rathimus in the Crusader's Camp, in the field medic tent. Once you start the quest A Strike from the Sky, Vissaliy Rathimus is no longer available.
