Effects

This cloak of resistance +5 grants its wearer a 60-feet aura which makes all affected enemies to pass a Will saving throw (DC 33) or become frightened for 1 minute. If the saving throw was a success, the enemy becomes shaken for 5 rounds instead. Enemies can only be affected by this aura once. In addition, this aura grants all undead allies a +4 circumstance bonus on attack rolls against enemies under fear effects and deal additional 2d6 precision damage on a successful hit against such targets.

      As much as this is possibly the most powerful item in the entire game, for me in turn based mode (don't play in real time) it constantly hard locks the game requiring me to ctrl-alt-esc and end task to get out. So that sucks.....

      It is probably a good thing though, because this is so OP that there is little point to fights once you have it equipped.
