At 9th level, while using a tower shield, a tower shield specialist gains his shield bonus against touch attacks. 

Tower Shield Defense is one of many Class Features available in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Class Features are generally passive benefits that characters gain based on their Class but can also sometimes be active Skills that you can use in combat. Abilities in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous can be used for both dealing damage to Enemies, inflict Status Ailments, buff characters or just protect you.

  • As of patch 2.1.5r, the changes to touch AC are not correctly updated in the character screen, but it does get correctly applied in combat, and gets correctly listed in the combat log when getting hit with touch attacks / spells.
  • It stacks with Shield Focus (Mythic).
