Bosses in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous are the ultimate Enemy, the most powerful and stronger Enemies generally found at the end of a certain Stage, Dungeon or Area, they are sometimes guardians of treasures or gates. They are most difficult enemies, sometimes accompanied by minions, but they usually need the coordination of the whole party to be defeated. Most Bosses are related to the Lore of the main Story, and may participate as NPCs before fighting them.

Hosilla
Inquisitor of Baphomet and former enforcer of Staunton Vhane. Member of the Templars of the Ivory Labyrinth, a Baphomet worshippers society.
Wenduag
Wenduag is a possible Companion. She may betray you during Devoured by Darkness quest when fighting against Hosilla. You may fight or be helped by her, depending on whether you sided with Lann previously. However, even if you choose to attack her when prompted, she will escape. Wenduag is a minor Boss, part of the Boss Fight against Hosilla.
Baphomet
Baphomet is a Demon Lord. Its appearance is that of a demonic minotaur. It's massive in size, with large horns and sharp teeth. Baphomet carries a magical glaive.
Vellexia
Lady Vellexia is a Demon that offers patronage to young and talented individuals who, if manage to impress her, are granted with favors.
Minagho
Lilitu Demon and ex-lover of Staunton Vhane, who influenced him to steal the Sword of Valor from Drezen, causing its fall. Minagho is the main Boss for the end of Act I.

So is anyone going to make listings for the optional bosses? So those who want the "Sadistic Game Design" achievement can find them?
I'm assuming the Vicious Monitor Lizard and Water Elemental in the Mirror Maze are optional bosses that are needed, for example?
It's possible to put Deradnu to sleep & one-shot him (on impossible difficulty), but it took me a lot lot of attempts
