Mobility is in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Mobility skill represents a character's talent for balance and coordination, including aerial maneuvers, gymnastics, and tumbling. Skills represent a specific aspect of an ability score, and an individual’s proficiency in a skill demonstrates a focus on that aspect. The amount of Skills a character gets per level is based on the class and then gains 1/2 of the Intelligence modifier.
Mobility Information
You apply your character's Acrobatics skill to checks required for:
-
Moving near opponents without provoking attacks of opportunity
-
Keeping your balance
-
Escaping from restraints
-
Executing flying maneuvers
-
Riding mounts
-
Softening falls
-
Squeezing through tight spots
Mobility Tips & Notes
- Acrobatics (Mobility) must be toggled on manually for each given character in order to take effect. All characters have this toggle icon by default. The character moves at half-speed while it is toggled on.
- The Acrobatics (Mobility) check to avoid Attacks of opportunity applies to all risky actions such as casting a spell, using a Spell-Like Ability, reading a scroll, moving out of threat range, etc. While this sounds contrary to the description given in Wrath of the Righteous, this can be verified in-game with the combat log.
- If you have 3 or more ranks in Mobility, you get an extra +1 Dodge bonus to your Armor Class while Fighting defensively.

Question : in Kingmaker, this was an *active* skill (not passive) that you had to toggle on and it reduced your movement by 50%. It is the same mechanic in Wrath of the Righteous. If so, it must be indicated here as it is really not a detail!
I cannot test it myself. I will not buy the special beta access.
