Where to Find Perfect Storm

• Perfect Storm can be found in the Battlebliss Arena, after being collared by Irmangaleth during Experiencing the Bliss. It is near the Vavakia gladiator. You will need to pick a lock with the player character to get this item, as only that character is available during this time.
• After you are done with the Arena questlines, you can have character with Dimension Door bring the party into the back area and have someone other than your main character unlock the cabinet it is in.
