Where to find Brazen Whip

• Brazen Whip can be looted from a stone slab in the center of several stone arches in Wintersun. When it is picked up, a spectre will appear and threaten you. Unless you put it back, several other spectres will spawn across Wintersun and attack you if you get close.

• The Slow effect is only active while the item is activated.
• The Slow effect can be suppressed using a Freedom of Movement spell or by equipping Boots of Free Rein.
