Where to Find Rumbling Falchion
- Rumbling Falchion can be looted from the Enraged Citizen (Middle City encounter in Act IV). The encounter spawns on the western side of the map, slightly to the south, just south of the elevator wall that separates the section from the northern part of the map. The encounter may be tied to how well known the player is in the city.
