- While the description claims that only enemies in 20 feet radius around the target take damage, the actual effect casts a miny inflict wounds like spell that increases the effective range by at least 10 feet if an enemy is affected at the very edge. Each enemy in the original area rolls their own instance of damage, while enemies in the extended area take the same damage as the target of the wounds spell that is closest to them (if hit by multiple instances).
