AnonymousThis bow and her armor can be found at the Temple of the Good Hunt. There is a secret chamber that is easily accessed from the altar, however Kyado will recommend you not go down and with good reason. He is a decent merchant, so it is not recommended you ignore his warning.
Requires a very high DC check once inside.
A lich could probably do something with Delamere's body as well.

It seems if you get this with a lore religion check by praying to Erastil then only good characters can equip it. Previous time I got it with a trickery check and Wenduag could equip it.
