• In the northwest room of the top floor of Gwerm's Mansion 
• In one of the side rooms of the Tower of Estrod
• Behind a secret door in the Blackwing Library
• In a northern room in the Gray Garrison first floor near the large floor trap
• In a southeastern room in the Gray Garrison first floor
• In a room in the second floor of the Gray Garrison
• In a box by a crashed wagon in Nightingale Grove.
• In a chest in Reliable Redoubt.
• In a sack in the chasm in the exterior of the Underground Hideout.
• In the Drezen barracks while storming Drezen. It is in a box by the shelves in the southwest corner of the map.
• In the dungeons when storming Drezen behind an invisible wall. Can be accessed from the other side as well. 
• In the eastern room in the Temple of the Good Hunt.
• On a body in a cage in the Molten Scar. Perception check required.
• In satchel on the cave floor of the Ashen Grotto next to the area boss, Thraz the Spinebreaker
• In a bookshelf in the Old Wing of Areelu's Lab.
• In the wardrobe in the corner of the room with several incubi and succubi in the lower floor of the Midnight Fane.
• On a rooftop in the Lower City at the beginning of Act 4. In a locked chest which requires teleportation magic to access.
• In a Drezen tavern during the quest A Step Away from Defeat.
