Animal Growth is a Transmutation Spell in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Animal Growth is a 5 from the Transmutation school. Spells in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous can be used for both dealing damage to Enemies, inflict Status Ailments or to buff Characters.

- Spell Effect: The target animal grows to twice its normal size and eight times its normal weight. This alteration changes the animal's size category to the next largest, grants it a +8 size bonus to Strength and a +4 size bonus to Constitution (and thus an extra 2 hit points per HD), and imposes a –2 size penalty to Dexterity. The creature's existing natural armor bonus increases by 2.
The size change also affects the animal's modifier to AC, attack rolls, and its base damage. The animal's space and reach change as appropriate to the new size, but its speed does not change. Multiple magical effects that increase size do not stack.

- Note that this spell does not actually increase the size of animal companions if the animal has got a natural size increase (e.g. a wolf reaching level 7), but those animals still get the stat increase. Currently the horse animal companion is the only one that can get a size increase at any level. Additionally, polymorphs in general seem to provide a +2 to physical attributes.
Anonymoushow do they get such a basic spell wrong? gives buffs, but doesn't increase size category. built an entire character around using this spell to get access to a smaller mount only to find the spell doesn't work.

Useless for size increase. But Legendary Proportions does give a size increase to animal companions, as well as some extra armor. So you can legendary your pet, Frightful Aspect yourself and still ride the pet. Buy up those dinosaur bones in
Act 2!
