At Threshold, talk to Hilor and learn that he is again obsessed with finding the Spinner of Nightmares.
Agree to help him, then leave for the Lair of Spinner of Nightmares.
The lair is filled with demons, but closer inspection shows they are just illusions, attack them simply make them disppear. You can loot Gunkberries from the table.
Go to the upper part of the room, talked to the illusions there, ask any of the creatures to reveal their creator. After all of illusions look at the empty corner of the room, go there and click the interact icon.
Speak to Hilor's "daughter", you can bring her back to Hilor to complete the quest. (If you killed Lourry in main game, kill Lourry can stablize the world. Which affacts later quests. If you take her to her father sow chaos, but gives good ending.)
