Fulsome Queen's Order Walkthrough
- After you kill the dragon, the Fulsome queen then asks you to kill Hepzamirah. If you ask her how to sneak past Hepzamirah's guards, you can use the tunnel in her cave to get to the lower level of Colyphyr Mines.
- Return to the queen after Hepzamirah is dead. If you kneel before her, she will grant you an Unclean Gift (You gain a +2 profane bonus to Constitution, +2 bonus to natural armor, immunity to diseases and have a 50% chance to treat any critical hit or sneak attack as a normal hit. Due to an unpleasant stench and appearance your Charisma permanently decreases by 4).

There doesn't appear any option to [kneel] for me in the dialog after Hepzamirah is dead. Is the an option only for the Trickster Mythic path (there is one dialog option that's hidden for me)?

If you haven't asked her who she is, and didn't reply with one of the non-negative responses, she'll attack you instead.

I think if you accept her gift you can't choose legend path.

no paths opens up to me after i tell her i killed the dragon.

Killing the queen nets you 50k xp if you do not want the achievement or the buff, but it is at the price of breaking your heart. Easily the saddest death in the game.
