- Visit Minagho at her hideout.
Minagho's Desperation Walkthrough
- After you left Bad Luck Tavern (the exit toward the Rotting Guttary), you will meet an assassin sent by Minagho. Successfully pass the intimidation check you can avoid the fight and learn the location of Minagho's Hideout.
- Travel to Minagho's Hideout, defeat her mercenaries and decide her fate.
- (Azata Path) if you decide to spare her using Azata choice, you can avoid the fight with Chivarro during Grudges to Settle by using Azata choice again.
- If you decide to spare her here, she join the demons attacking Drezen in Act 5, and gets killed.

For anyone still curious, there are 3 exits from the Tavern, it's the "middle" one (not up the stairs or the one you first get to but the one that exits in the middle of the tavern between the portal and the far entrance). If you go out that entrance (Toward the Rotting Guttary) you'll get this.

Anyone know how or when this triggers? I’ve left the tavern a couple times in act 4 and so far nothing

minagho's bodyguard has a hidden buff that gives him total concealment. it cannot be bypassed or lowered with anything. lifesense, echolocation, true seeing, ghost touch, heartseeker, and greater blind fight do not give lower than 50% concealment with no rerolls. he is not hiding with stealth and does not have displacement or invisibility. he is a cambion ranger [flamewarden].
